Most packaging quotes stall because the spec arrives incomplete. This form asks everything a converter needs up front — fill what you know, mark the rest "recommend for me", and we'll take it from there. Switching an existing carton to us? Choose "Existing carton from another supplier" under Artwork and just give us the size and your last order quantity — we'll match the rest.

What actually moves the price

We don't publish a price list — carton pricing depends on run length and spec, and a generic peso figure would mislead you in both directions. What we can tell you is which decisions move the number, and how hard.

Quantity / run lengthBiggest lever — unit price falls steeply as volume rises
Board choice & weightHigh — board is the largest material cost
Carton size vs. sheet fitHigh — a few mm can add or drop ups per sheet (check yours)
Lamination (1 vs 2 sides)Moderate — adds material and a process step
Spot UV / foil / embossModerate at volume; heavy on short runs
Extra spot coloursLow–moderate — plate + wash-up per colour
New die & plates (tooling)One-time — itemised separately; reorders run on your stored dies
